Real-time signal feedback from the encoder allows the proportional valve to dynamically control gas output with high precision. It supports smooth linear flame regulation, delivering accurate firepower for stir-frying, braising and slow cooking.

Auto Cruise VF System

Full-range coverage for all operating phases. Max airflow: 40m³/min; Max static pressure: 1700Pa. Millisecond-level airflow adjustment based on duct status to satisfy cooking smoke exhaust demands.

Woven Oil Fume Separation System

The woven oil fume separation mesh realizes oil fume separation and prevents oil ingress into the inner cavity. Its high flow velocity & oil separation design removes oil fume and smoke more effectively.
