Building a Dream Factory, Pioneering a New Path of Intelligent Manufacturing

To maintain its consistent leading position in the industry, Horisun invested heavily in building a modern industrial factory covering 43 mu in Dongfeng in 2016. The new factory was designed with a unique intelligent manufacturing workflow, where space is tailored for production to maximize the potential of intelligent production processes. In 2019, the Dream Factory, equipped with intelligent and automated production and testing equipment as well as an integrated digital software system, was completed and put into operation.

As Horisun’s first digital benchmark pilot factory for gas stoves, Guangdong Horisun Kitchen & Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. has organically integrated data management with corporate production. It conducts product R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and after-sales services through big data, driving industrialization with informatization and promoting informatization through industrialization. This model has been gradually extended to other subsidiaries, boosting the high-quality development of the enterprise and setting an example for the transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises.

In 2020, Horisun was granted more than 430 patents. It participated in formulating 4 national standards, 1 local standard of Guangdong Province, 1 industrial standard and 1 group standard. The enterprise’s R&D center was accredited as a National Energy Efficiency Laboratory and recognized by CNAS.
