Designed, developed and manufactured the torch for the first Shunde Ronggui Marathon.

On November 11, 2023, upon receiving a notice from the Party Construction Office of Ronggui Subdistrict, Horisun Thermal Energy was tasked with designing and supplying torch‑related equipment for the Shunde Ronggui Round‑Island Marathon torch relay within one month.

As the designer and manufacturer of the torch for the first Shunde Ronggui Marathon, Horisun Thermal Energy set up a special team responsible for torch appearance design, CMF design, structural design, product testing, production and manufacturing, and quality control.

The overall torch design incorporates numerous elements of Ronggui Round‑Island, allowing the urban charm of Ronggui to shine brilliantly in the marathon event.

To ensure stable combustion of the torch, the team focused on making breakthroughs in the combustion system based on the independently developed direct flame stabilization technology.

Through repeated tests, members of the special team overcame multiple technical bottlenecks in processes, materials and production.

The torch can now burn steadily under wind conditions of Grade 8 with a clear and visible flame, and its performance in wind resistance, high temperature resistance and other aspects fully meets the specified requirements.
